A careful little smile, a light laugh, "Not in the slightest!" But I can't meet her eyes and wish that I'd thought to glamour up a fan to play with or that I could hide the truth that is likely showing in my eyes. For in fact the girl did hurt me, all unknowing, by sheer chance. Mayhaps I should find some little way to make her pay for that.
