It's not about need? This is all about need: mine and her meeting it and me doing my best to pay her back. But she wants to cook, so we're going to cook, I guess. Won't be too much trouble. Still smiling, though, and it catches me off guard, feeling her kiss me. I open my eyes and reach up to touch her cheek with two fingers. "If you want to fool around, you better put the plate away. I don't have time to wash the sheets before I go to work." Not really in the mood to do more that kiss her, but not going to say that.
